Since we are a VACATION HOUSE RENTAL, you can BRING and COOK your own food. NO corkage for food and drinks.

As of now, we DO NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT.

As for our Gazebo (Kitchen & Dining Area),

We have provided:

– Refrigerator & Freezer

– Stove and Pan

– Microwave and Rice cooker

– Electric Kettle

– Portable butane set (for Samgyupsal)

– Cookware and Utensils

– Plate, Spoon and Fork

– BBQ and Grilling Area

Note:

1. Bring your own food & water.

2. Clean as you go.

3. NO corkage.

4. This is a common area for Peace, Mayana, and Pine Villas.

For guests who DO NOT prefer to cook, these are the nearby restaurants:

To maintain exclusivity, we DO NOT accept Day tours and Walk-ins. We only offer overnight bookings.

Pets are now ALLOWED at our resort.

However, there are a few important rules to keep in mind:

1. A refundable deposit of P1,000 will be required, provided there are NO damage, discharge, or excessive fur

2. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please bring a leash as our resort is an open area with other guests.

3. The owner is responsible for cleaning up any pet waste.

4. It is important to keep dog barking to a minimum, especially during night-time hours.

5. To prevent damage and maintain cleanliness, pets should not be allowed to sleep on the table, bed, or sofa.

6. Our resort is located in a mountainous area and wild animals such as bugs, birds, eagles, dogs, cats, and snakes (rare) may be present, so it is important to keep a close eye on your pets at all times.

Please note that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages or problems that may occur with your pets and any damages will be charged accordingly.

For Telecommunications:

We solely rely on satellite coverage of Smart and Globe.

*Device must be 4G compatible. If no storms or other factors may disturb the signal coverage, you can easily watch 4K Videos (Netflix and Youtube), HD Video Calls, Zoom Meetings, etc.

Internet (via Smart PLDT Wifi): We have provided Smart Prepaid Wifi. You may simply top up or load via G-Cash or Smart App. Password and details are located inside the villa.
